
The DJ School were featured on an episode of BBC's 'The Big Performance' on the 26th October 2010. We were asked to help a group of children build on their confidence, creativity and performance skills by teaching them how to perform electro-pop in a short afternoon workshop. The series included such big names as Craig David, Melanie C, The Wanted, Chris Evans and Gareth Gates. We are able to offer this workshop to schools, community projects and other organisations.

The workshop incorporates learning and using various different instruments, both electronic and acoustic, to perform a live electro-pop song as a small team. The students will leave the session with their song recorded onto a CD.
Students are preffered to have a basic understanding of music mechanics. However, this can be introduced during the workshop if required. The minimum age for this workshop is 10 years old.
